Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Premature antibiotic group: birth gestational age2500g, but less than 4000g; Suitable for gestational age infants; After birth, Rooming-in; Not treated with oral antibiotics
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Newborn mothers: elderly delivery (= 35 years old), combined thyroid and parathyroid diseases or long-term glucocorticoid treatment, Gestational diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, acute infectious diseases (especially tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, HIV infection), severe infectious diseases, cancer, Postpartum depression, nipple or Mastitis and other major diseases, who received hormone treatment 1 month before recruitment Prenatal antibiotic treatment and ongoing nutrition or drug intervention research Newborn: congenital malformation, combined with Genetic disorder; Patients with metabolic diseases; Complicated with important organ diseases such as heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction; Individuals with immune dysfunction; Severe infections such as pneumonia and sepsis; Intrauterine, intrapartum or postpartum asphyxia, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and Intracranial hemorrhage; Hyperbilirubinemia; Suffering from various birth defects that affect life ability (such as cleft lip, cleft palate, Congenital heart defect, etc.); Those with obvious abnormal development of Skeleton, osteogenesis imperfection, and abnormal parathyroid function have a history of fracture and trauma during or after labor
