Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 18-80 years old (2) clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese guidelines for Parkinson's disease, (3) the patients physical condition was considered to be the stable course of Parkinson's disease, (4) dysphagia with retention of swallowing reflex (5) to be able to give informed consent and understand the explanation and cooperate to complete the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with various secondary Parkinson syndrome and Parkinson's syndrome; (2) other neurological disorder such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or multiple sclerosis, encephalitis, etc; (3) severe depression or cognitive deterioration; (4) deep brain stimulation or malignancy, extensive surgery, or radiotherapy of the head and neck; (5) complicated with severe heart and lung diseases (sinus bradycardia < 60 bpm, SPO2 decreased more than 2% during eating) , epilepsy, carotid sinus syndrome or head and neck dermatosis, severe nutritional risk, water and electrolyte disturbance, cachexia; (6) dysphagia was treated within 6 months before randomization; (7) Previously underwent vagal neurosurgery surgery.
