Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults over 18 years of age. 2.General good health. 3.Good oral hygiene. 4.More than 3 months after tooth extraction. 5.At least one part needs to be implanted for support repair, the horizontal bone volume of the defect was less than 5 mm, the alveolar bone could satisfy the implantation of titanium nails, and the bone height of the implant area was sufficient, at least 8mm. 6.Subjects fully understand the benefits and risks of the experiment and are willing to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled systemic conditions (such as uncontrolled diabetes, hyperthyroidism, abnormal coagulation function, etc.),. 2.Uncontrolled periodontitis, poor oral hygiene, dysfunctional habits. 3. Acute and chronic infection/ inflammation before surgery or healing of tooth extraction less than 3 months. 4.Radiotherapy and chemotherapy within 5 years before surgery. 5.Long-term history of adrenal corticosteroid or bisphosphonate therapy. 6. Autoimmune disease or immunocompromised status. 7. Pregnancy or planning pregnancy and breastfeeding during the study. 8.Heavy smokers (more than 10 cigarettes per day). 9. Drug or alcohol abuse. 10.Mental disorders. 11. Unwillingness to return for follow-up visits.
