Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 100 patients aged 50 to 80 years who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2023 to August 2024 were selected, and their ASA scores were grade II to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) withdraw from the study for personal reasons; (2) combined with mental illness or suffering from severe dementia; (3) coagulopathy and history of allergy to narcotic drugs; (4) Those who have recently had a serious critical condition or a history of heart surgery; (5) Patients with lower limb paralysis or hemiplegia.
