Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Obtain informed consent. 2) Scheduled for elective breast cancer surgery under general anesthesia. 3) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) rating I~II. 4) Age >18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe pre-operative cardiopulmonary disease or neurological disorder; 2) Have a history of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs, chronic analgesic history; 3)lactating, had a preoperative corrected QT interval greater than 450ms, or had a history of torsades de pointes. 4) use glucocorticoids, opioids or antiemetic drugs 24 hours before operation. 5) Allergy to experimental drugs or other contraindications; 6) Participated in additional drug clinical studies in the past 30 days;
