Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of 18 years or older (2) Imaging examination was consistent with Mutch type ? (split) fracture of the greater tuberosity of the humerus (3) Plain CT scan was used as the main method, assisted by comprehensive evaluation of X-ray and MRI, and the greater tubercle displacement was =5mm (4) No surgical contraindications, can tolerate surgery. (5) Voluntary surgery, explain the advantages and disadvantages of surgical treatment and experimental plan with patients and their families before surgery, and sign the surgical consent form (6) Patients and their families have good compliance, and can accept at least 1-2 years of follow-up after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with pathological and open fracture (2) Patients with osseous Bankart injury (3) Patients with severe osteoporosis, severe nerve or/and vascular injury (4) A history of long-term use of other drugs (5) Unwilling to accept or unable to cooperate with the treatment (6) Other sites of infection. (7) There are anesthesia contraindications, can not tolerate anesthesia and surgery (8) Postoperative follow-up can not be completed on time (9) The patient refused surgery for other reasons
