Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the study subjects was 45-75 years old (2) Length of residence in Wuhan City, Hubei Province = 5 years (3) Cooking oil energy supply ratio =20% (4) In general, the frequency of home cooking (Chinese food and dinner) was =5 days/week (5) ASCVD risk assessment 10-year cardiovascular risk is moderate or high risk (6) No allergic or hypersensitivity reactions to one or more components of vegetable oils involved in this study (7) Able to read, write and communicate verbally in Chinese, and able to use smart phones and other related communication devices independently or with the help of others (8) Be aware of the intervention test and voluntarily participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined coronary heart disease, hepatic or renal insufficiency, malignancy, asthma, active hyperthyroidism, untreated or unstable hypothyroidism, multiple sclerosis, gastrointestinal disease, pancreatic disease, autoimmune system disease; or history of neurological or psychiatric disorders such as cognitive dysfunction, or currently taking medications for neurological or psychiatric disorders, such as antidepressants (2) Participation in other clinical trials, diet or exercise intervention programs within the last 3 months (3) Major surgery or cardiovascular event, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acute or chronic infection within the last 6 months (4) Taking lipid-lowering drugs or other drugs or foods that affect the lipid profile, or taking dietary supplements within the last 3 months (5) Large fluctuations in weight (±5%) within the last 1 month (6) Alcohol or drug abuse within the last 1 month (7) Existence of special dietary habits, such as ketogenic diet, etc. (8) Inability to tolerate physical examinations or imaging tests involved in the study, such as functional MRI, etc. (9) Have definite plans to go abroad or travel within the next 6 months
