Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal tumor surgery; (2) age: 18 to 75years; (3) American Association of Anesthesiologists classification (ASA) I to III and (4) BMI 18.5 kg/m2 to 28 kg / m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index score> 7 2. Sleep apnea, or moderate or above snoring 3. Patients with severe sinus bradycardia (heart rate less than 50 beats / minute) or sinus node lesion, second or third degree atrioventricular block, equipped with pacemaker 4. Long-term use of anticonvulsants, antidepressants, or other psychotropic drugs 5. People who are highly sensitive or allergic to the study drug or equipment 6. Severe heart, liver, or kidney disease 7. Participated in other clinical experiments in the past 3 months 8. Have auditory and language communication disorders, and unable to communicate effectively with doctors 9. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients 10. Patients with fever or infection before surgery 11 Patients living with or in wards with critically ill patients
