Interventions

Pectineus muscle plane block group:Ultrasound-guided needle tip to the fascial plane below the pectineus muscle, 30 ml study drug was injected.
Femoral Nerve Block group:Ultrasound-guided needle tip posterior to the femoral nerve, 30 ml study drug was injected.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with unilateral primary knee surgery ?Patients aged between 50 and 85 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? BMI > 40 kg/m2; ? Allergic or intolerant to opioid analgesics; ?History of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism; ? ASA classification III or higher; ? Progressive neurological deficits; ? Coagulopathy

VAS rest and activity at 2,4,8,12,24,48 hours postoperatively;

MeasureTime frame
Degrees of active flexion;Straight leg raise test,get out of bed test,walking 20m test at 24,48,72h postoperatively;total dose at PCA infusion pumps, number of compressions;Hospital stay;Patient satisfaction;Postoperative complications such as pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis;Baseline of characteristics and perioperative demographics;
