Interventions
Test Group:Depending on whether the lung ultrasound score is greater than 6, intervention is guided by ultrasound, or usual care.
Control Group:Treatment is based on X-ray , laboratory data and clinical symptoms.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral video-assisted thoracic surgery (lung wedge, segmentectomy, single lobectomy) in the day care unit. 2. Aged 18-65 years. 3. ASA grade I-III, consent and signed informed consent. 4. Sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative fever, decreased coagulation function, severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency. 2. Diabetes, liver and kidney insufficiency, decreased coagulation function. 3. Cerebral infarction, severe obstructive ventilation dysfunction. 4. Lymph node dissection is required for lung resection of more than 2 lobes. 5. Acute or severe complications on the first postoperative day.
