Control:The control group patients received routine nursing intervention and psychological nursing in the department

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 18 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for rheumatoid arthritis jointly developed by the American Rheumatism Association (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2010; (3) Disease activity score (DSA28) >2.6; (4) TSK score >37 points; (5) Voluntarily participate and fill in the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Hearing, language and cognitive dysfunction, mental illness unable to cooperate with the completion of intervention; (2) Those with skin breakage, redness, inflammation, and soft tissue damage at the acupuncture point; (3) Severe joint deformity; (4) Those with other serious physical diseases; (5) Other immune system diseases; (6) Are receiving other non-drug treatments.
