Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Pregnant women who have been registered in our hospital when noninvasive or Tang screening examination was performed before 20 weeks of gestation; (2) live in the area around our hospital, and have no relocation plan in six years; (3)Pregnant women have certain reading ability and can communicate normally; (4) Pregnant women signed the informed consent voluntarily and were willing to cooperate with the whole follow-up investigation; (5)Pregnant women can use wechat and do not consider changing their mobile phone numbers in six years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women and their legal representatives are unable to read; ? Pregnant women have difficulties in communication, such as cognitive disorders, mental diseases, etc.
