Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of anxiety disorders according to DSM-5 2. Aged 18 - 55 years old. 3. Patient's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unremovable metal implants or other contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging; 2. Comobidity with mental disorders other than unipolar depression; 3. Severe or unstable physical conditions, including neurological disorders (delirium, dementia, stroke, epilepsy, migraine, etc.), congestive heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, hypertension (including untreated or uncontrolled hypertension), malignant tumors, immunocompromise, and fasting glucose higher than 12 mmol/L.; 4. Suicidal or aggressive behaviors; 5. Pregnant or breast feeding women; 6. Participating in other clinical trials.
