Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with subacute or chronic ischemic stroke.The course of disease ranged from 7 days to 1 year. 2. Patients aged between 18 to 80. 3. Patients have ability to cooperate with the acupuncture treatment and basic rehabilitation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack, reversible neurological deficit; After examination, it has been confirmed that neurological deficits are caused by diseases such as brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, and cerebral parasites. Patients with life expectancy other than stroke are less than 1 year; 2. Pregnant or lactating women, as well as women with fertility intentions within the past 3 months; 3. Patients with acupuncture and moxibustion Contraindication, complicated with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, Endocrine system and infectious or infectious diseases; Patients with bleeding tendencies or hemorrhagic diseases; Individuals with a history of needle sickness and blood sickness; Patients with severe Aphasia, sleep apnea, deafness, severe cognitive impairment and inability to communicate normally; Or those who are participating in other clinical research trials; 4. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent forms.
