Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age above 18 years old; ? meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic insomnia; ? Insomnia severity index score =15 or PSQI> 6 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with severe mental disease, hearing abnormality, speech dysfunction and inability to cooperate; Including but not limited to acute stroke, acute pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, acute myocardial infarction, recent fracture, recent surgery, severe trauma, tumor and other serious or interfering with treatment of physical diseases; The presence of any medical condition worsened by sleep restriction (bipolar disorder, history of mania, epilepsy, parasomnia, schizophrenia, etc.); Moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea; Restless legs syndrome; Alcohol or drug abuse; People at high risk of falling; Pregnant or lactating women; Prior cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia; People who need to engage in highly concentrated work during the day; People who work shifts or night shifts; Patients unable to cooperate with regular review.
