40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients with PD who met the diagnostic criteria of The Movement Disorders Society, 2015; b. H–Ystages I–IV; c. Be able to walk independently for at least 5 minutes without any equipment assistance; d. Regular treatment with dopaminergic drugs within the past month; e. No other rehabilitation measures have been taken in the past 2 months; f. Gait score improved =1 point after levodopa drug challenge test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Previous neurosurgical procedures; b.Significant cognitive impairment or dementia(MMSE <24); c.Other diseases that significantly affect gait (such as musculoskeletal disorders, visual impairment, vestibular dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, etc.); d.Severe orthostatic hypotension; e.Unable to walk independently for 5 minutes
