Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acute circulatory failure in mechanically ventilated critically ill patients transferred to the ICU: systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg, systolic blood pressure of hypertensive patients decreased by more than 40mmHg (or need norepinephrine for maintenance); Urine output is less than 0.5 ml/kg per hour and lasts for more than 1 hour; Tachycardia, heart rate 100 beats /min; Skin mottling; Lactic acid greater than 2mmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Under 18 years of age; dying patient; primary cardiomyopathy; pulmonary edema; intra-abdominal hypertension; increased intracranial pressure; active bleeding; atrial fibrillation; severe arrhythmia; heart failure and myocardial infarction; poor transthoracic ultrasound imaging; lower limb fracture; lower limb disability
