Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 2-12 years, body weight deviation from the ideal body weight is not more than 25%; General anesthesia, operation time <2h; ASA grade I-II, know the content and significance of this study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of mental illness (including patients with delirium before surgery) or are taking antipsychotics (chlorpromazine, haloperidol, clozapine, risperidone, olanzapine, quetiapine typical and atypical antipsychotics); Severe impairment of auditory, visual, and language systems; Children with scoliosis deformity and family history of malignant hyperthermia; There are contraindications or allergies to the experimental drug and other narcotic drugs; Children with severe respiratory complications; Children enrolled in other studies within 30 days; Refused to participate in this researcher.
