Eligibility

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-65 years; female; 2) Primary treatment without prior breast surgery; 3) Pathologically confirmed breast cancer at the time of initial diagnosis, with assessment of stage cN+ confirmed by penetrating pathology; 4) All patients receive 4-6 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The regimen was mainly based on anthracyclines and/or paclitaxel. If the patient's immunohistochemistry was suggestive of HER-2 positivity, anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) targeted therapy was added; 5) All patients completed NAC as planned before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have not completed neoadjuvant therapy for various reasons; 2) Having undergone multiple breast or axillary surgeries; 3) Patients with the presence of other tumours or the presence of distant metastases; 4) Patients with incomplete case reports (in the retrospective cohort).
