Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Antibiotic group: pregnant women =18 years of age, perinatal use of antibiotics prescribed by the hospital. Normal group: pregnant women =18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antibiotic group: Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women: Advanced age of delivery (=35 years of age), combined thyroid and parathyroid disease or long-term use of glucocorticoid therapy, gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary heart disease, acute infectious diseases (especially tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, HIV infection), severe infectious diseases, cancer, postpartum depression, nipple or mastitis, etc., Participants who had received hormone therapy and were participating in nutritional or pharmacological interventions 1 month prior to enrollment. Newborns: congenital malformations, hereditary diseases; Patients with metabolic diseases; Combined with heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction and other important organ diseases; Immune dysfunction; Severe infections such as pneumonia and septicemia; Intrauterine, intrapartum or postpartum asphyxia, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and intracranial hemorrhage; Neurodevelopmental malformations; Chromosomal anomaly; Hyperbilirubinemia; Have a variety of birth defects that affect the ability to live (e.g. cleft lip, cleft palate, congenital heart disease, etc.); There are obvious skeletal system dysplasia, osteogenesis, parathyroid dysfunction, intrapartum or postpartum fracture trauma history. Normal group: Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women: Those who used antibiotics in the project were excluded on the basis of the antibiotic group. Neonates: Those who used antibiotics during the project were excluded on the basis of the antibiotic group.
