Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria for stroke and cognitive impairment; ? No previous history of mental illness; ? Patients with cognitive impairment within 4 months after stroke; ? Select patients aged between 40 and 75 years; ? The informed consent form to participate in this trial shall be agreed and signed by the subject or family member.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Diseases such as cognitive impairment caused by factors other than stroke are excluded: such as brain trauma, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc; ? Progressive deterioration of the condition, instability of the condition, and inability to adhere to acupuncture treatment at the head points; ? Patients with consciousness disorders, mental disorders, or depression; ? Severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal dysfunction; ? Serious visual, listening, speaking, or psychological impairments that do not match the assessment test; ? Those who have contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen treatment after being checked by a hyperbaric oxygen specialist.
