25 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged from 25 to 65 years old, female; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I and II (3) Body mass index (BMI)18~28kg/m3; (4) Patients without allergic history of the drugs used in this study; (5) Modified radical mastectomy or radical mastectomy for breast cancer; (6) Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with dyshepa, renal dysfunction, severe hypertension, diabetes, coagulation disorders, cardiovascular diseases and other contraindications or critically ill patients; (2) Patients with contraindications for local nerve block such as spinal or thoracic anatomy abnormalities or puncture site infection; (3) Allergic to narcotic drugs; (4) Pregnancy (5) Patients with chronic pain; (6) Patients suffering chronic opioid treatment, substance abuser or alcoholic; (7) Motion sickness; (8) Communication disorder and patients unable to understand the score of VAS questionnaire,
