Control group :Use saline instead of cutting and other injuries

10 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 10 and 18 years, no gender limit; 2. DSM-5(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition) diagnostic criteria for non-suicidal self-injury; 3. Primary school education or above; 4. Understand the study content, be willing to participate in the study, and sign written informed consent by the patient or the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients met the DSM-5 criteria for other serious mental disorders, including organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, alcohol dependence, drug dependence/abuse, etc. 2. According to the researchers, there was a significant risk of suicidal ideation. 3. Have a bad habit (including smoking, drinking, etc.) 4. Failure to provide informed consent.
