18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-25 years old; 2. BMI = 24kg/m2; 3. no regular physical exercise habit; 4. voluntary participation in the experiment and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. taking medication for hypertension or glucose and lipid lowering; 2. have a weight change of greater than 4 kilograms in the three months prior to study entry; 3. suffering from any pulmonary, cardiovascular, muscular, neurological, and other diseases that are not suitable for exercise intervention.
