Full-term pregnant women group:The gastric antrum area of pregnant women was assessed by ultrasound before drinking 200ml water, immediately after drinking 200ml water and 2 hours after drinking 200ml
Non-pregnant Group:The gastric antrum area of patients was assessed by ultrasound before drinking 200ml water, immediately after drinking 200ml water and 2 hours after drinking 200ml water.

18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women scheduled for spontaneous delivery, non-pregnant patients scheduled for gynecological surgery, aged =18 years, ASA class I-II, weighing 50-120 kg, height =150cm, maternal gestational age =37 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastrointestinal surgery, anatomical abnormalities of the upper gastrointestinal tract, and bradycardias syndrome 2. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux, pyloric obstruction, gastrointestinal ulcer, gastric fundoesophageal varices, and liver cirrhosis 3, Multiple pregnancy, pregnancy-induced hypertension, ICP, pregnancy complicated with diabetes, pregnancy complicated with pancreatitis
