18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) registered nurses/doctors; 2) with at least three years of work experience in neonatology; 3)interested in neonatal pain management; 4)good communication skills, willing to share knowledge and skills with colleagues; 4) informed consents and voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: student, rotating and advanced training nurses/doctors
