Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Interventions

Study group:Provide patients with a blood pressure monitoring form. Continuously monitoring blood pressure for 90 days starting from treatment, three times a day.
Control group:No blood pressure monitoring form. Continuously monitoring blood pressure for 7 days and days 15, 30, 60, and 90starting from treatment, three times a day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A patient who has initially developed a disease and is diagnosed with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, has not undergone regular diagnosis and treatment in an external hospital, is over 18 years old, and has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with intracranial aneurysms, intracranial arteriovenous malformations, moyamoya disease, and other cerebrovascular diseases; Suffering from coagulation disorders and related diseases of the blood system; Severe heart, liver, or kidney disease; Have a history of malignant tumors; Report women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; Patients or family members are unable to use electronic blood pressure meters correctly.
