Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 309 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical prostatectomy after 12+X needles trans-perineal transrectal ultrasound (TRUS)-MRI-guided targeted prostate biopsy from 2018 to 2021 in our center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: (1) patients with PI-RADS score 100 ng/ml(usual patients with advanced stage and no accurate value can be detected); (4) neoadjuvant therapy (changes in clinical features).
