Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who choose to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; ? Age: 20-64 years old, BMI = 32.0kg/m2; ? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Grade I-II; ? No serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, no serious respiratory diseases or other complications; ? No lower limb mobility disorders; ? No visual, auditory or communication barriers; ? Preoperative Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 24 points; ? The subject or family member voluntarily signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals who are allergic to local anesthetics; ? Patients with infection or tumor at the puncture point; ? Previous history of neuropsychiatric disorders, inability to complete preoperative neuropsychiatric function tests for any reason, and excluding preoperative MMSE scores less than 24 points; ? Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction before surgery; ? Individuals with severe bradycardia or conduction block in the heart; ? Participate in other experimental researchers before being selected for the study.
