18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) adult patients (=18 years old); (2) patients requiring mechanical ventilation; (3) APAHCEII = 10; (4) patients need nutrition support treatment, while tolerate tube feeding and nutrition support.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) minor patients (< 18); (2)patients receiving ONS(oral nutritional supplements); (3) patients diagnosed AGI(acute gastrointestinal injury)-III; (4) patients who need organ replacement therapy (such as renal dialysis, artificial liver, ECMO, etc.); (5) Patients can't tolerate enteral nutrition; (6) patients receiving supplemental parenteral nutrition (SPN); (7) Pregnant and lactating patients; (8) Patients participating in other clinical trials at the same time; (9) Patients allergic to EN components.
