18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years; ? Patients who have undergone surgical treatment for breast cancer, including modified radical surgery, radical surgery and breast-conserving surgery, and have been diagnosed with breast cancer by cytology or pathology after surgery; ? Have a clear history of lymph node dissection for breast cancer; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of upper limb edema after breast cancer surgery; ? The stage of breast cancer was grade I to III, and there was no acute skin infection or cellulitis; ? Karnofsky =60 scores; ? Expected survival is more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severely allergies; ? Other tumor compression and recurrence and metastasis of upper limb, upper and lower clavicle or armpit are expected, resulting in venous and lymphatic compression. Limb edema is not caused by lymph node dissection; ? The local skin of the affected limb has severe macula, eczema, pimple, erythema, exfoliative dermatitis and other skin lesions; ? There are thrombotic diseases, phlebitis, lymphangitis and other vascular and lymphatic diseases in the affected limb; ? Complicated with heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases.
