Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative choledocholithiasis was diagnosed clearly; (2) common bile duct diameter =8?; (3) Good general condition and vital organ function, and able to tolerate general anesthesia; (4) Voluntary participation in the study and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis or gallbladder perforation requiring emergency surgery; (2) The upper abdomen was seriously adhered to, and endoscopic instruments could not be inserted or CO2 pneumoperitoneum could not be established; (3) Intraoperative choledochoscopy found that biliary tract tumors or lower common bile duct stenosis required changing the surgical method; (4) Intraoperative exploration of internal fistula formed by biliary tract and digestive tract; (5) decompensation period with cirrhosis; (6) Overseas, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or other regions, it is estimated that it is difficult to follow up after the operation
