Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range 18-75 years old; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I ~ II; (3) Patients undergoing elective craniotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There is a history of local anesthetic allergy (2) Patients with history of peripheral neuropathy (3) Severe coagulation abnormality (4) Severe bradycardia
