Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with chronic insomnia met the ICSD-3 diagnostic criteria :a. nocturnal sleep disorders (difficulty falling asleep or maintaining sleep or waking up early; b. Related daytime symptoms such as fatigue and memory loss; c. At least 3 times a week; d. Lasts more than 3 months. (2) Patients with PSQI score > 5; ? Those who have not been treated with EECP. ? The age is 18-75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. People with mental illness, caffeine, alcohol or drug addiction, or general Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale HADS score =11; b. Affecting circadian rhythms: e.g. shifts or changes in the day/night work schedule; c. Diagnosed serious or systemic diseases that affect sleep, such as hyperthyroidism, chronic liver disease, and chronic kidney disease; d. severe pain or illness that affects sleep; e. Unable to cooperate with treatment, questionnaire survey or research protocol; f. Participating in other research projects in the past 3 months; G. have contraindications to ecp (to severe aortic valve in the closed is not complete, dissecting aneurysm, significant pulmonary hypertension, all sorts of hemorrhagic disease or bleeding tendency, or with anticoagulants, INR > 2.0, all sorts of heart valve disease or congenital heart disease with cardiac insufficiency, active phlebitis, venous thrombosis, counterpulsation body there are focal infection, Uncontrolled hypertension (170/110mmHg), uncontrolled arrhythmias, including frequent premature beats, severe left heart failure, severe left heart failure, severe lower extremity arterial occlusive lesions, pregnancy
