Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient met the diagnostic criteria of cold stroke and was confirmed by brain CT or MRI. ; (2) The patient 's medical history is 7 days to 3 months, and is the first onset. ; (3) PSD lasted for more than 5 days ; (4) The patients have abnormal swallowing during FOIS and VFSS ; (5) Patients can assist sitting position for more than 30 min, and can cooperate with various examinations and rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous dysphagia caused by other neurological diseases ; (2) Severe cognitive impairment ; (3) Contraindications of acupuncture stimulation ; (4) Heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases.
