Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA rating I-III Age 60-85 years old BMI 18.5-30kg/m2 There were no obvious abnormalities in cardiac, lung, liver and renal function before operation The operation time is 2-5h No history of chronic lung disease Preoperative chest radiograph or CT was normal
