Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA rating I-III Age 60-85 years old BMI 18.5-30kg/m2 There were no obvious abnormalities in cardiac, lung, liver and renal function before operation The operation time is 2-5h No history of chronic lung disease Preoperative chest radiograph or CT was normal
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: He received ventilator treatment within one month Diagnosed or suspected sleep apnea syndrome History of severe lung disease such as COPD, lung infection, bronchiectasis, asthma, etc There are thoracic and intrathoracic diseases such as thoracic malformations, mediastinal tumors, chest tumors, etc Severe neuromuscular disease Recent use of immunosuppressive therapy (<3 months) Leukocyte elevation of unknown cause People with immune system diseases Patients with language or communication difficulties or who refuse to participate in the study
