Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Keratoconus, and tCorneal stroma thickness below 400 µm and the full thickness of the cornea is above 330 µm; 2. Adult patients with Keratoconus whose maximum corneal curvature (Kmax) increased by more than 1.0D in the past 1 year; 3.9~19 years old adolescent patients with Keratoconus; 4. Those with no obvious scars on the corneal stroma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a corneal thickness (TCT) less than 330µm, corneal opacity, ocular surgery, active infections, ocular surface disease, autoimmune disease, and pregnancy or lactation were excluded.
