18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age<75 years old; Confirmed by colonoscopy and pathology as right colon cancer, and evaluated as resectable; The clinical staging of the patient is stages I-III; The patient has no serious complications; ASA is classified as Level I-III; Prior to surgery, there was no use of targeted drug therapy, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy, and surgery was used for the first time to treat colon cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with dual or multiple cancers or cancer causing obstruction, perforation, etc. require emergency surgery; The tumor has distant spread and metastasis, and the diameter of the tumor is too large or difficult to completely remove; Need to combine adjacent organ resection; The patient has serious hypertension, diabetes and other basic diseases that are difficult to tolerate surgery; The patient has undergone multiple abdominal surgeries with extensive adhesions in the abdominal cavity; The patient has severe systemic malnutrition or severe obesity (BMI>30 kg/m2).
