Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children: ? clinically diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome; ? Age 2-12 years old; ? There are primary caregivers. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: ? Age = 19 years old; ? Relatives who are related by blood or legal relationship to the child; ? Undertake the main care work during the hospitalization of the child (with a daily care time of = 4 hours), and still undertake the main care tasks after discharge; ? Ability to flexibly use WeChat software; ? Having good reading comprehension and expression skills; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for children: ? Chronic kidney disease diagnosed as congenital renal dysplasia and hereditary familial congenital kidney disease that is ineffective in glucocorticoid and immunosuppressive therapy; ? The patient's medical advice is severe or critically ill; ? Merge with other serious diseases, such as malignant tumors, heart failure, etc. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: ? have participated or are currently participating in other studies; ? have severe chronic diseases (malignant tumors, heart failure, respiratory failure, etc.).
