Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 years old, regardless of gender; Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke, unilateral limb paralysis; First onset, the condition is stable, the course of disease does not exceed 6 months; The score of simple mental scale was normal (illiterate =17 points, primary =20 points, secondary =22 points, college =24 points), and there was no cognitive impairment or speech disorder. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Illness worsened during the study; Have severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction can not tolerate training; Have severe aphasia and cognitive impairment can not cooperate with training; Previous history of shoulder surgery or shoulder trauma; A history and treatment of chronic shoulder pain; There are sensory disorders; The body has acute and chronic inflammation.
