Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) living in Guangdong (including Hong Kong and Macao) for more than one year. (2) personnel who have undergone two or more physical examinations in Guangzhou Panyu Health Management Center since January 1, 2020. (3) during the period of this study, the team members and individuals who have undergone physical examination in the physical examination center every year or every other year. (4) 18-79 years old, no severe physical disability, normal communication, basic reading and writing ability. (5) those who voluntarily join and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases or serious mental illness without drug control. (2) unable to cooperate with the completion of questionnaire survey and physical evaluation.
