Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: 18-75 years old, gender is not limited 2: Patients with clinical manifestations of lacunar cerebral infarction within 3 months of onset (NIHSS score = 3) with corresponding lesions on MRI of the head 3: Participants are generally in good condition, conscious, able to complete relevant assessment scales, and able to receive long-term follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Retinopathy with congenital eye disease, history of intraocular surgery, presence of significant lens opacity or evidence of any macular disease, previous diagnosis of glaucoma, vitreoretinal disease, uveitis, and diabetes 2: Patients with a history of other neurological or psychiatric disorders, coagulopathy, head trauma, alcohol or drug addiction, or depression are also excluded 3: Exclusion of cognitive dysfunction due to other causes. 4: The investigators considered it inappropriate for inclusion
