17 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 17-25 years old college student; (2)The amount of navicular fall in the Navicular Drop Test> 10mm; (3)No history of lower limb injury within 6 months; (4)no history of surgery on hip,knee and ankle joints; (5)No serious medical diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)vestibular dysfunction or other diseases that affect balance; (2)taking unknown drugs; (3)Rheumatoid, neurological or other causes that affect the hip and knee joints muscles or function.
