18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All meet the surgical indications and undergo PCNL surgery on a scheduled basis (2) ASA Level I - II (3) Age 18-75 (4) All voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form Approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of our school.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe Cardiopulmonary Disease (2) Coagulation dysfunction (3) Unable to correctly understand VAS pain score (4) Infection at puncture site (5) Long term use of analgesics (6) History of chronic pain (7) History of allergies to local anesthetics and opioids. (8) Infection, scars, etc. present at the puncture site (9) Infectious stones
