Group K1:continuous intravenous infusion of esketamine at a rate of 0.125 mg/kg/h
Group K2:continuous intravenous infusion of esketamine at a rate of 0.25 mg/kg/h
Group C:continuous intravenous infusion of saline at the same rate

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients undergoing elective urological laparoscopic surgery; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. ASA physical health status I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed mental illness; history of drug or alcohol abuse; BMI30 kg/m2; severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; known hypersensitivity to esketamine; contraindications to the use of esketamine injection for any of the following conditions: serious risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure, high intraocular pressure (glaucoma) or penetrating ocular trauma, poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (SBP/DBP >180/110 mmHg at rest), untreated or inadequately treated hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism); pregnancy or breastfeeding; communication difficulties.
