Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-80 years old; 2. In patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis, the knee space is significantly narrowed, painful and limited in activity, and conservative treatment is ineffective, requiring total knee replacement; 3. The patient's physical condition can tolerate surgery; 4. Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty in our department;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe coagulopathy; 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney failure; 3. Patients with toxemia; 4. Patients with rheumatism and other systemic diseases; 5. Severe infection occurred before surgery; 6. Patients undergoing non-unilateral TKA surgery.
