18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-80 years old; ? ASA I to III; ? BMI 10 pack*year and no smoking cessation within 3 years (pack*year=number of packs smoked per day * number of years smoked); ? General anesthesia is scheduled for non cardiac or non neurosurgical surgeries, with an estimated surgical duration greater than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who require one-lung ventilation during surgery; ? Patients with heart failure (NYHA III-IV); ? Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases and coagulation disorders; ? Patients with increased intracranial pressure and pneumothorax or pulmonary bullae; ? Patients with severe, extremely severe restrictive or obstructive ventilation dysfunction.
