Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited. (2)Meets the diagnostic criteria for AR. (3) Pre-existing physical fitness, no AR-related treatment or have stopped treatment for more than 2 weeks. (4) Subjects are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form after carefully reading the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age under 18 or over 65. (2) Menstruating women, pregnant women and lactating women. (3)Combined with other allergic diseases such as asthma and urticaria. (4)Combined cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, psychiatric patients, combined with severe nasal polyps, nasal tumors or congenital malformations of the nasal cavity. (5) Those who received other methods of treatment within 2 weeks before participating in the trial. (6) If the investigator believes that the participant is unable to cooperate with the treatment.
