Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Female patients aged 18-80; b. Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy (control group) or complete Tcb-HP regimen (paclitaxel+carboplatin+trastuzumab+paclitaxel), EC-THP regimen (doxorubicin+cyclophosphamide sequential paclitaxel, supplemented by trastuzumab+paclitaxel targeted therapy), or EC-T regimen (doxorubicin+cyclophosphamide sequential paclitaxel); c. The patient needs to undergo a complete mastectomy/breast conserving surgery. d. Clearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and have their informed consent form signed by themselves or their family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Have a history of chemotherapy for other malignant tumors; b. Have any history of medication treatment related to coagulation or anticoagulation; c. Have a history of coagulation and anticoagulation related diseases before receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy; d. The laboratory test results before receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy showed abnormal coagulation function; e. The patient has a long-term history of taking oral contraceptives.
