Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ALS patients who meet GCC diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged >= 18 years old; 3. The treatment process and therapeutic drugs are clearly recorded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical records record patients with spinal cord and brain stem tumors, malignant tumors, severe infections, and severe trauma; 2. The patient had serious liver and kidney diseases as recorded in his medical records.
